Who is Bridget Gray?

I don't know how many people have had the opportunity to hear her speak. But she is absolutely phenomenal with words. I know her video "My letter to Hip Hop" has been floating around YouTube lately but here is an excerpt of her performing her poem "I AM A WOMAN."
